Video Card Problems?

I've been having a couple weird problems with my Video Card the last couple of days. Once while playing HL2 a manhacks textures went all funky and turned all checkered like with black and gray. And the same thing happened with the FEAR single player demo, a wall and door turned all black/grey checkered and so did a soldier. I do have a picture of something going on with WoW, I'm not sure if it's the game or the video card, but it wasn't happenening before. If you look closely under the words theirs lines and stuff. Anything I can do to fix it? For the record I have an ATI Radeon X800 XT. Hope someone can help.

Nope, no overclock. And I was using the 5.9 drivers but went to the 5.8 to see if it was just something wrong with the latest driver but seems it's something else.

check for dust build up around the fan on the graphics card, also make sure the fan is spinning as it should be. Could check that there are no wires obstructing the airflow of any other system fans that are starving the card of cool air. Not sure if your problem is heat related, but its worth a look anyway just incase. Other than that, try and think of any software that you installed before it started to show the problem and uninstall it to see if it helps at all.

I cleaned out my computer about 3 days ago, used an air compressor to blow out all the dust but the problems were going on before that. Before I cleaned it out, I did get a couple error messages saying my video card was overheating so thats when I cleaned all the dust out, it's running a lot cooler now but still having those issues.

If I want to reflash my video card bios do I have to do them one at a time. Taking one out and replacing it with the other?
