Can you get the shakycam video in Bink format, so its nice and sharp? Link would be nice if it exists.

Bink doesn't make movies clearer.

If the shakycam video was just converted to BINK it'd have the same quality. The best option is to download the BINK videos that were distributed over Steam. The remaining three videos, tech-demo, strider and buggy will be released over the coming weeks/months.

bink is a video format. It doesnt convert crappy quality into a clear quality video.
