I got a Trojan today while on my internet adventures, ive tried every single spyware remover you could name! and it still won't gtfo my computer. I've figured out its in my temp internet files just sitting there, and when i try to delete it, it says its in use by another program. any ideas?

(please note, im not very computer smart D: )

Most spyware programs don't deal with issues that aren't spyware. Avira AntiVir is free. Try that out.

Just what were these "internet adventures"?

How did you notice that you have a trojan, what does it do?

You could try using Hijackthis and posting a log here.

Avira for viruses, Malwarebytes and Superantispyware for follow-up (all done in safe mode), hijackthis for inspecting dodgy startup registry keys and Unlocker for files which you know have to be deleted but which Windows won't let you.

Posting a hijackthis log might also be helpful, indeed.

I had one once, used AVG followed by Ad-Aware, then rebooted my PC and it was gone.

@Unfocused: I'm not entirely sure, but when I get trojan downloaders, I get pop-ups for this "PC Doctor" that wont go away until a new one pops up.

Yes, scan whilst in Safe Mode. Also, you can run an antivirus from a USB stick or CD, to know that malware hasn't messed with it. You could also try using an online scanner, but I'm not sure if those would work during Safe Mode.

it seems to be gone right now, scanning with everything on my computer. so hmm. will post if anything comes up

asquared is an anti-malware program specifically targeted towards trojans. Download the free version and all it's updates, then run a scan to see if that helps any.
