Visiting - Vancouver, Seattle, Spokane

Hey guys
I'm planning a two week trip over to Vancouver and WA in December - I'll be staying in Seattle for a couple of days before travelling up to see my friends in Vancouver, before going to stay with my Aunt and Uncle who live in Spokane. This is the first time I've been to see these folks (first time outside of Europe come to think, bar Turkey!)

So I want recommendations for things to do in these places! I know there's gonna be stacks to do in Seattle and Vancouver, and I can read through Wikipedia and travel books, but I want personal recommendations, interesting little places to hang out, cool things to see, decent clubs maybe?

My Uncle owns a large wooded piece of land out their, built his own house, visited him when I was about 10, very awesome.

As for things to do? Check out the wildlife and wooded areas if you're into that sort of thing, but be careful, seriously, all sorts of critters out there can **** you up.
