I wonder if the resitance fighters will put up posters around City17 to instigate the combine. And then have a scene where the combine catch a guy putting them up, kill him, then tear it down.

I bet they would have ones similar to these:

Resistance Poster 1

Propaganda Poster 2

and finally a poster that is more of a metaphor for how the resistance fighters will have to fight the combine in guerilla warefare:

Propaganda Poster 3

Koalas aren't bears.

They aren't even related to bears. The reason the koala is called a koala bear is because the koala looks like a teddy bear. The koala is related to the kangaroo. The koala's scientific name is Phasclarctos cinereus. The koala's nickname is a Native Bear. The koala is a mammal. They are warm-blooded. The koala's young is called a cub. The koala's young are born alive. Koalas drink milk from the mother. The koala breaths oxygen from air. The koala might look all cuddly but the koala has very sharp teeth and very sharp claws.
The koalas have white on the underside and gray on the rest of its body. The koala has big ears and a big nose. The mother has a pouch. The koala has very thick fur. The adult koala gets 25 to 30 inches long.

The koala is very small when it's just born. After a month the cub is 1 cm. long. The koala weighs 15 to 30 pounds. One cub is born at a time.

The koala cub stays in the mother's pouch for 5 months. The koala cub is blind when it's just born. Koalas breed in the summer.

maybe he had a bunch of forum windows open and somenoe made a koala referenc,e and he puts comment in wrong thread : \

beats hell outa me. In the Train bink, i thought it was interesting to note the big posters with combine symbols look like they have a crowd in them, almost doing a zeich heil or a cheer with their hands up.
I crazy?

Don't forget the Drop Bears. They're carnivorous.

yeah, valve must have been inspired by those when they created barnacles (except they work in reverse..)

And a helmet to a barnacle is not protection, merely extra iron in the diet...

Or encrusted on the wooden legs of salty sea-dogs.
