Why whats wrong show your support I am with the vivendi I don't like the fact what valve is doing. I support the french.;)
 
My friend supports Vivendi, he was rambling on about how Valve can't keep things secret like source...anyone know WTF he was talking about?

Because you know, Vivendi is right..they totally own the rights to half-life. Valve should just give away their Intelluctual property.

I really don't care about Halflife 2 people think I do since I am a moderator at halflifesource.com but I see nothing good about Halflife in the first place. I just came over there to piss people off and now I am here. A mod with powers and to piss people over there.


And vavle screwing Vivendi with steam they should get some profits. And they need the drop the lawsuit they have vivendi aganist.

I see.. so, you have no life, so you moderate a forum of a game you have no liking for? Wonderful waste of your life :thumbs:

Regarding the lawsuit, why should the publisher get any money for a purely online version of the game? They don't even NEED a publisher with Steam, why should Vivendi make any money? And, they DO make money off Steam.. just a far less percentage than retail.

Retail = majority goes to the publisher
Steam = majority goes to the developer
 
One thing I'd like to know is why the hell are you trolling here.

Well I LIKE the enviroment. A bunch of assholes like me and I can fight back not like here. Please kid if you think I am wasting my life believe me I am not. Very athletic person and go out every weekends and Fridays. Hmmm I think the huge ego I have comes from being a jock Oh well your pick.

When did I ever say it was illegal to edit your post? I just think it funny that you edited your first, crappily worded "jab" at me.

Anyhow, you're a troll. You admitted it not but a few posts ago.. furthermore, how can you be telling me the truth, if it's your opinion? Isn't that just stating your opinion? :)

If you want my honest opinion I like to past time when I have nothing to do around the house or no reason to go out. Its fun to see people angry but very childish but the pissing off part overpowers the childish part. The only thing I like of valve was CS 1.6 not like they even made it though.

Believe it or not, VALVe *DID* make CS 1.6.

VALVe bought the rights to CS, and co-created CS 1.0. From then on, it was VALVe and a few of the original CS team (now VALVe employees) who continued to update CS. So, let's recap..

VALVe buys CS. Hires original team members to work on future CS versions. VALVe "makes" CS 1.1, 1.3, 1.4, 1.5, 1.6, and so forth.

Therefore, VALVe did indeed create CS 1.6. They didn't create CS, true, but the changes from beta to retail were huge, big enough to almost be an entirely different game.
