What's amazing to me is the ease with which they can slip into their characters' voices, and the ease of how they change from one character to another. Granted, they've been doing the voices for many years now, but as someone who does impressions I find it absolutely astounding how fast they can switch.

Very few are the voices I can call upon instantaneously without giving them a second thought, as if they were my natural voice. These guys do it for multiple characters. Damn impressive.

The guy who does Homer's voice had a small role on Friends too, caught him in the episode where Ross is trying to find his monkey recently - he's the zookeeper who's giving him information.

Also, don't forget the Burns guy is the bassist from Spinal Tap too
