Volume is really low even though it's all the up...

Very simple, turn the volume up in the taskbar.

i told u in the topic, it's all the way up, and the sound that comes out of the speakers is soft

Make sure all wires are plugged in correctly, if so reintsall sound drivers or check for new drivers.

Try installing a sound card on it.

Usually on-board sound isnt the best.

you might have plugged the speakers into headphone jack.

try to DL the latest drivers too.

Are you sure everything is plugged in correctly? It should be plugged in to the green socket on the mobo I/O. Also double check that the volume is all the way up in the taskbar not just on the speakers.

And dont forget wave and master volume. At least on my board, both these control volume. Turn one up high, one low, and sound will be something in between. Wave to the bottom and master high, wont make a sound.
So make sure wave isnt low, master doesnt matter much then.

Personally, I have the opposite problem: Even on very very very low sound levels, its quite high

Sidenote: ALL SHALL READ MY SIG AND DISPAIR!!!! (translation: two people in here have to long sigs, shorten them)

i think the sound card is just plain crap cause all of that stuff is on high
