So, is my server going to be the official hl2.net Minecraft server?

Cast your vote!

I vote yes. I have on had one crash, and if we move the server that might not be a problem.

Well I reckon you'll do a better job than Raziaar, gah that guy was terrible!

Yes, only if you stop ignoring my whitelist requests ;)

I'm not sure. I haven't even played much on it because of the uncertainty of whether this would be the new server or not.
I'd be happy to migrate over to it if that's what people decide to do. Until that time I will remain indifferent.

Yes, it has a good vibe about it, and so much as already been done!

I love the server, but it's been laggy as hell lately. I'll play some more tonight before I vote.

I voted yes, but I'd really like to see the server hosted somewhere that doesn't lag balls.

I haven't really stopped in to play it at all... or any minecraft at all really. So I can't say. Though I do wish it'd find a stable, satisfying home soon.

Been playing with minimal lag. Will vote yes.

Also, I don't know if it's like this for anyone else, but goddamn is it hard to read the poll thing.

Regarding the lag thing, it's related to the last patch, where Notch increased the frequency of chunk saving. This is causing I/O issues on the server, and therefore the lag. Notch's next update is meant to fix it.

I'm going to abstain since I haven't really been playing lately, but it seems pretty unanimous anyway. :)

Voted yes!
I haven't gotten any lag, though I tend to play when no one else is on.

Yes, although will it be moving to the US? I haven't been playing on it because I experienced pretty significant lag spikes when I visited a week or two ago. I do like the landscape and the development so far though.

Yes, the plan is to increase the player slots to 21 (although, to be honest, I suspect 16 would be perfectly fine) and switch it to a US machine.

Don't forget about all the donation money I have Pi.

Oh. Well in that case, I vote yes. Lag was my main issue.
