flatout, kinda unpopular, but definately THE best racing game ive ever played. im not a fan of racing games either but this ones got me hooked. need 4 speed and gt both pale in comparison when it comes to just having a ****in blast and doing insane stunts.

Fun. Although why doesnt the driver just put on his seatbelt?

I hope the full version offers some sweet options for car customization and such, else it'll just be another bash em' up racing game. Love the physics though.

The game owns! T'was made by a finnish developer, which is cool. There aren't that many features because of the short time they had to develope it. But contrary to popular belief and the text on the box there is online multiplayer!

The game is a waste of physics - stability control/throttle limiter on ALL the time - meaning in the tarmac demo level you can keep your foot flat on the throttle and the computer will brake for you!! - lol NOT GOOD!

downloaded it, installed it, cant open it , ill double click on the start icon and nothing happens, doesnt even open the game window. odd , anyone have any ideas...?

Try taking it off easy mode.

Anyway the multiplayer dosent work for me.

I read that it's not like that in the full game. It's just because it's a demo.

It is in the game when you select easy mode.

Select hard and proffesional, it's literally impossible to win, especially the construction tracks :S

I've read the official forums and the auto stability/kiddie mode is on (just not as much but its still on) even in the professional mode.

Plus whats the point of the great damage model when it doesn't affect the car handling? :upstare:

Just downloaded it, played the demo, and a very simple thing pissed me off enough to close it. Why is there not button to shift to reverse in manual mode? I dont know who here drives stick, but if your stoped you DONT have to downshift 4 times to get into reverse. And with how often you go spinning off the track in that game its a pretty annoying problem.

It's a decent game. The driving physics are pretty sucky making it like you're just skating along the track. A car taps you slightly and your entire door gets bashed in, hmmm.

Best Racing game? Gran Turismo 3 of course.

Flatout is pretty good IMO though. Have easily the best-looking damage-models in a racing game ever.
