That's what I say about most games these days. Why can't they make something interesting set in the world of WH40K, like an RPG or other game focusing on storytelling rathen than slaughtering?

They would probably run out of ideas for the cut-scenes. Whenever I hear "Warhammer" as a video game, I immediately think of the poorly thought-out trailers where one guy gets killed by another guy, who then gets killed by a third guy on the same team as the first guy, but then that guy gets killed too, but by a guy from a different team - then he gets sliced in half by some other guy; there's probably a big explosion somewhere and then the video ends. That looks like shit but I'll keep my eye on it, I really want a proper 40k shooter.

But isn't Warhammer 40k, by definition, all about slaughtering? It would have to at least be a central theme to the RPG.
