Here is the site, where you can get it: http://www.warrock.net/ ( use IE, not FF)

Well what can I say, just look at the screenshots. Its kind of a clone between SoF II and BF2, it's totally free, also has a ranking system. Altough I do not think you can use any of the vehicles yet on the maps. To play it you need to register at their site. It's easy and free, and you do not even need to confirm the registartion trough e-mail so you can use a fake one. I played it, it's fun, certainly for a free game.

If you want to download it click the manual setup, the first link named "full game downlaod"won't work.
In any case use the manual download, then extract the files in a map, and then click warrock launcer, and it will download the game pretty fast in that folder. For me it used up my max dload speed which is 100 KB.

(edit: the first time I tried to play the game, the resolution wouldn't display properly, I would like see 2/3 of what I was supposed to say, some display bug. I simply exited the game, restarted it and it worked. So if you have that problem, simply restart the game a couple of times and see if it works)

Looks good, but i dont think im going to play it. To many games to play lately.

Looks good, but its going to have a fake phone number for registration I'm afraid (no idea why it doesn't let you continue without one, spam purposes perhaps?)

Wtf you can't change your keys? =|

And it's made by poor Koreans lol :p

Registration worked just fine for me a little over an hour ago.

Gonna try the game now.

Make sure your using IE to register and download.

I tried it for awhile. It's an ok game, especially for the fact that it's free.

fun game, although I found the large map was laggy (may have been the server or just needs work). weapons feel a bit weak. other than that, I look forward to see it improve.

Just played it, it's alot like BF2 but smaller maps.

Can you play this game offline singleplayer or is it an online only game?

How about the vehicles? Grey Fox said he doesn't think you can use them.

Then you would need a social security number as ell as confirmation

Finally found a link to the trailer on the totalbf2 boards.

Here's a working link for the Trailer

This Korean site has a lot of info about the game: http://www.gamengame.com; some of the Korean isn't translated very well, but here's some of the major features:

Full version of game will have 20 different vehicles.

'War Rock' messenger system provides powerful support to the game community. This system will be more powerful through 'Trading System' between players. Various modes are available, for example conquest and death match mode. Each time you respawn, you also get to choose from five character classes: engineer, medic, patrol, assault and antitank, each with a number of distinctive weapons and abilities. Player can buy their own weapon by battle point or game money depending on level.

'Buying' new weapons sounds a little like BF2 unlocks

Player classes:

1. Engineer for repairing and supplying and setting the specific explosives.
2. Medic for curing
3. Patrol for sniping
4. Assault for assaulting
5. Antitank for destroying vehicles
Each branch present different pleasure with a number of distinctive weapons and abilities

Also, there is a big chance that it will be free:

I wonder if the full version of the game will be free. It's made by the same company that did Kart Racer which was free, they made money by letting people 'customize' their Karts. With War Rocks maybe you'll only pay money for new weapons/uniforms/etc, and pay nothing to play the 'standard' game.
In the most connected country (Korea), Kart Rider recently dethroned the venerable Starcraft as the biggest online game. The company that makes it, Nexon, has also achieved something far more significant: it has cracked the money making formula as well. By selling cute digital upgrades to the player's kart-racer avatars, the company pulled in $110 million last year and expects $250 million revenue this year. When Koreans were recently polled for their most impressive automobile, a Kart Rider premium entry even crept in at #2, just behind the Porsche Carerra GT. Over 25% of the entire population admits to having played Kart Rider, a remarkable performance that cannot have escaped the eyes of online game-designers world-wide.

Yes, the vehicles work. They actually have a good feel to them too. Theres also motorbikes which are fun to do tricks with.

I'm interested in trying this.

Oh, bah, registration is f*cked. Forget it- I'll just stick to BF2.

Meh I played it a bit before I got BF2, the game's not all that great...but considering it was free I guess I shouldn't complain.

LAAAGGGY!! Though I am in the UK.
Tried this out a while ago actually. You can jump on the motorbikes if you press space ;)

whoa they have flying vehicles now in warrock nice. really all this game is is just a knock off of bf2

Of course it's a knock off of BF2...
And there's no flying vehicles yet...

I play it as an alternative to BF2, seeing at BF2 runs like shit... this'll suffice. D:

yes!!! theres blood. Something BF2 needs i think.
Agreed - the only indication you've hit something is your croshairs get a X - but still you don't know WHERE you hit them.

Whaddya mean? That's what the sand/dust each shot kicks up is for...

My cousins played this for a time, they complained about something called a "kill delay" where your enemy could still shoot or even kill you after you killed him. You could basically both end up dead in a firefight.

downloading to see what its like, hopefully something me and my friend can play, he cant run BF2

It hasn't, I just got out of a match... and that was happening left and right.

I'd unload an entire clip into a guy, and 5secs later I'd be dead too by the same guy. x.x

Annoying bug, but the game's still enjoyable.

got back from playin, pretty fun, like BF2 but has some stuff that bf2 doesnt has, like ragdoll blood and stuff.

squad combat is supposed to be comming soon along with shop and stuff!

Isn't this by the same company that's in charge of MapleKorea and MapleJapan?
