You have to wait a while. After a while you'll find a group of rebels who'll attach it for you.

The red barn is probably 3, maybe 4 stops before when you get the gun. You can't miss getting the gun (friendly npcs open a gate for you only after you have the gun), so don't worry - just keep driving.

But how do you know you get a gun anyway? I do hope you're not playing with a walkthrough!

jus keep driving its not in the barn its in this tunnel/sewer like thing. npcs will call u over and u cant move on cuz they wont open a gate if u dont get it on
