waterfall/spray

OK i have seen a waterfall spray on a map,

and i was wondering if anyone knows how to do it,

what i want to do- i want to make a fountain spray.
and im not sure how best to do it,
either a volumetric spray, like a mist or
some kind of water jet thing.

any ideas/info would be really appreciated.

check out the cs_jungle map... it has a waterfall at the t spawn.

Theres a link to a tutorial in the readme or sig (ingame) of de_congo if I recall correctly...
