So as i said, this general off topic forum is very, stifled, there is no flair of fun just a sense of look at this! e.g. ymntd or, chuck norris he has jokes,

a thread needs to exist where people can discuss, what went wrong with novembers batch of baked beans or indeed, there views on how to run the world, either way! we need something more interesting!

so ladies and gents lets start with something easy

is it worth being a student, in the uk. yes there are debts, and people who pay taxes hate them for there drunken life styles. so. do you think that students should get a kick up the arse for being doss abouts?

this could become a diary thread,
at school today. i saw this fit lass, so i slapper her ass, needless to say she slapped me, but not in the same place. and so on so forth:p

Today i got high and watched c-span. Then i got high and had lunch with my grandparents. Now im getting high and watching c-span again.
I only woke up 2.5 hours ago.. so i havent done much...
 
oh my, you wish to elaborate?

it has to be better than being picked up by some drug dealers in a van
 
Anyway, today was my 3rd Taewkwondo lesson, I learnt how to lock-stop people that try to punch me :E

We need a spam forum where you can say any bollocks and get bollocks in return along the same line. And no, not so you can "increase your post count." It is possible to have a section that doesn't effect your post count ...

That would be suited to what you require...

We could call it a say whats on your mind thread...

I won't make it since this wasn't my idea but in that but I definately think we should make a thread like that.
 
Came home from school today...
That Mexican kid was acting strangely, trying to befriend me now...
So at lunch I invited him over to the shop table(I'm at a vocational high school school.)and then he decided to get cocky with my friends.

So we threw him out of the cafeteria... Minutes later he comes walking back in with 6 other kids behind him...
The security officer dude, anticipating a fight... ushered them outside.

Afterwards they were all sent to the death chamber(that's what we call the principal's office...)...and remained there for the duration of the day.

School ended at 1:00... My girlfriend was waiting outside for me, we went to Dunkin Donuts for a coffee and talked about how our day was and all that jazz.
We went for a drive through the city, came back home... I dropped her off at her house... drove back here... took a half-hour nap... and now I'm here.


And that's my day so far.
 
I wokr up an hour ago..posted on some forums..ate a couple sandwiches, and am getting ready to go to work soon!

YAY!
 
Only problem is that im sure the Mods would object to half the forum spamming one thread...it'd be a bit of a database whore I'd think
 
Alright. Today, I went to school, got out, and did the following tricks on a bench:

Nollie heelflip to frontside 50-50
backside tailslide
frontside tailslide front bigspin out
backside smith
frontside bigspin to backside boardslide
shove-it to frontside nosegrind (almost had it to crooked D: )
noseslide nollie backside bigspin out
frontside smith
switch frontside 50-50
and some other minor stuff.

If you don't skate, you'll probably be very confused at this point.

sounds to me like someone's asking for a forum based on opinions, maybe even a ..dare I say it ..a politics forum!!!
oh, that'd be a capital idea, yes siree. Just think of the jovial good time we'd have finding out how people think on various important issues ..it'd be a renaissance for HL2.net, a new beginning, a golden era of self expression and self exploration. I say we welcome this new section into our fold and embrace it wholeheartedly as a meeting place of ideas and philosphies! Huzzah!

Anyways...lets see what I did today

Went after a girl I like some more. She recently broke up with her bf and she came over to my place and we messed around last weekend(no...not sex but everything else:naughty: ). After that I heard she is now dating someone...:flame: . Oh well...she still likes me so I just have to wait and play my cards right.

On the flip side of the coin I just got re hired at the theater and I will be running hte movies again. I liked that job as it's more of a thinking one since the machines are so complicated and it takes skill to thread them up fast and diagnose problems. I like it. I need the medical insurance there as well so I can get into the military. I got disqualified back in august because they were taking x-rays and I was bending/cracking my back when they took it so the x-ray came out messed up and got me disqualified. So now I need medical insurance to take another x-ray to get it all fixed.

However with that means I will be leaving soon. If I hook up with this girl then I am not sure I would want to ship out too soon as she is a great reason to stay. If I don't hook up then I'll want to get out of here as fast as I can. She is amazing and is far prettier than any other girls I dated so I would love to be with her for as long as I can...it's worth the effort.

Well...that is my little rant about whats going on in my life right now...feel free to comment on any of it.

Today i spent most of my day installing and uninstalling software.
 
Ah, the old PC Maintenance Day. I had a day like that a few days ago. I downloaded Big Rigs: Over The Road Racing just to see if it really WAS that bad.

Well, ladies and gents, it was. Putting that on your computer is like purposefully getting AIDS, only AIDS' installer is awesome.

Today, i got into an argument on the internet, and the fecking bastard, actually got and called my cell phone and spamed it with SMSes. The 2nd time he called, I yelled down the phone about how he was an imbecile and a cancer to this society, while being a degenerative loony.


I hate having to use your real name on the internet.

I woke up and am now eating Alfredo noodles with cheese for breakfeast. <3

And it's a half-day at school today, Going to pack my things for the trip tonight.
Then I'm going to go pick-up my girlfriend, and drive to the airport... Wait an hour or two(hopefully not more)... Visit all of the little shops when we arrive at the Vermont airport... Go to our cabin... and the rest is private. ;)
 
Yay. I'm eating bacon. And doing a bit of 3D modelling. And getting paid for it.

What about getting food on the Keyboard...etc?

I spent my day delivering Junk Mail and getting paid for it! On the flip side, now my legs are tired, so i have spent the rest of the arvo' playing comp games and chatting on MSN. yay for holidays!

-I like the idea Joims, and it would be good if we could have a non-post count section. Allowing things that could grow too big or spin out of controll.

I simply sit back from the keyboard. :|

It's a bit slower using just the mouse and icons compared to the console, but I needs me bacon!
Winding down to go home now, I fancy a pint.

I find that highly offensive. I'm currrently doing a Philosophy and English degree (applicable to the core workings of all society) and I have four hours of lectures a week. I work damn hard in those four hours. When I turn up. So, if I choose to spend the rest of the week drinking and sleeping, I shall do so.


Seriously though - being a student is a wonderful, eye-opening experience that I would recommend to absolutely anyone.
People who claim, out-of-hand, that we're all just stupid uselss wasters are fools. All kinds of professions are enhanced by having a degree, and it gives people a better chance to do well in life. I'd wager that most of the people who make such claims have never been to uni themselves.
I know that sounds tremendously elitist, but seriously - look at the benefits for the nation as a whole.
