Prolly by being better than the average person. Practicing Self-Control? I came name a few. I mean heck, he's obviously explained some of the things he's done, and experience is the best teacher.

QFT...too few guys have self control. They figure once a girl starts to gain interest in them and wants to get close(ie...cuddle) they can then boob and ass grab and they get their shit ruined instead. I don't mind...means less guys to compete against for me.

Today:
I woke up, and my arm, abs and legs were in ****ing agony. My arm is still killing me, my leg muscles feel like they are in knots, but my stomach is alright now

i woke up...had a pain pill...and put 2 ice packs on my face...now i am cold
