A quick summary of Steam related news for the weekend.
  • The hotly anticipated PC release of Braid is now available for purchase on Steam for £9.99 / $14.99
  • Square Enix's The Last Remnant is their first game to be released on Steam and is now available for purchase.
  • And because we all seem to love the weekend deals, the Peggle complete package (including Deluxe and Nights) if half price and is available for $9.98
I hope everyone is enjoying their Easter weekend!

?9.99 ...?

Braid looks interesting, but don't know if it's worth £10.

Wasn't the pound sign meant to have been fixed?

That's just Glenn being a tard.

I'd also go for the Peggle deal, if I hadn't already went with the last Peggle deal. I'd be paying exactly the same price for Nights.

I wouldn't pay ?10 either, a lot of these games are coming out at pretty high prices, considering they are just Indie titles.

I think they're reasonable prices, relative to the rest of the game scene. Unfortunately I'm simply not that rich.

The only major difference I've noticed between indie games and big commercial games is that the stuff that big companies make have higher system specs... No quality-wise difference.

Is the Peggle deal worth it?

Bought Braid earlier today... not sure if it's worth £10 but it's definitely worth $15!

I'm loving it so far

*derogatory remark suggesting those complaining about price should get a job or whore themselves*

Braid is interesting, also pretty frickken devious as well. Enjoying it.
