weird lighting problem ...

Hi everyone,

I am building my first map since like 3 years ago back in hl1 ..
wow ! Boy so much differences !

Ok, I've always used textured lighting and I don't want to change this in HL2 heh!!

The problem is the source of the lighting doesn't seem to come dirrecly from the texture .. note: I have no light entities, so I know I did set up my lights.rad the right way.

Also, the reflexions and shadows on the walls are pretty strange ... example : if I move around in the map, some lights seem to go away, while others come back in life ...

I can e-mail you my files if you request it, to see what I mean, since static picture won't tell you much.

If your making a halflife2 map, did you remember to Buildcubemap in console?
 
Ya I did buildcubemaps.

Here is two screenshots :

You can see the textured lighting going off/on when i strafe left/right.
You can also see how the shadow is strange on the wall.
