Most likely, yes. But don't you still have your old email address?
Also you'd most likely need to provide image proof that the games are yours, so pictures of your box with clear CD key and a sign saying "GordonFreeman911lovesDekstar" on it.

Yeah, I was thinking something along the lines of that. I found the old email, though. It was on one of my older computers that didn't have internet, so I ran it in offline mode, and found the old email.

yep, I forgot my password once and I couldn't access the e-mail account that I'd registered my Steam account with so I posted a picture of my Half-Life box with the key and they reset it, took them a couple of weeks like.
