You have to pay for ambulances in America? I didn't know the health system was that ****ed up.

You have to pay for Air Ambulances here. Or so I've been told. It's only like a £50 fee though.

People die in places like Russia and China over arguments about health insurance and money when the ambulance arrive.

The ambulance crew stand around smoking while the insurance details are checked in the wallet of the soon to be deceased. I've heard plenty of stories.

Yeah well... I think he made the right call. No way to know if it was gonna happen again, or if something worse was going to happen just as suddenly. When they bring you in an ambulance they can radio ahead so the doctors are ready if they need to be instead of having to go through the emergency room.
