Which One Between These's Is The Most Performant ?
-Saphire 9600SE 128MB
-Nvidia TI4600 126MB

Please Let Me Some Suggestion on which card should i buy

ti4600 is an older generation card which is more inexpensive. 9600SE would be the better option.

Actually, I think the TI4600 would be faster. the 9600 is an SE model so it's only 64-bit memory which severely cripples its performance, if if were a regular 9600 it would probably be better though. Even though the TI4600 is faster and still a decent card, it's very old now and only supports dx8 so u won't get any of the nice dx9 effects. If you have to save a little more then fine but you should really go with a 9600 or even better 9600 pro which is really good.

Definitely go with that, much faster than the 9600SE and reasonably faster than the TI4600.

Nice, I didn't know the 9600pro went that low now, I would definately get that card unless you got a high budget which can allow for better.
