There's people in pretty much every other country in the world, including yours, that would take advantage of a situation like that too. The only thing that's different is the way our legal system is set up to allow for shit like this. So hate on our legal system and government all you want, for all I care, but to say you hate how all American's think, and lump us all into your prejudiced point of view is really ****ing trite and just plain ignorant.

I think the blame lies more with the person who lost the finger not following health and safety and hygiene laws then a customer finding it in his custard and not giving it back. What if the guy has Hepititus, Hiv, Aids?
