What a Jackass

He wouldn't give it back? WTF, I'd make him give it back, with a blunt object, hitting him until he starts liking it.

Nice idea, I would too!

"Mmmm. Finger Mix. So... tasty...crunchy... YOU CANNOT HAVE IT BACK!"

I too don't see how someone could lose his finger and leave it in a batch of custard without bloody noticing.

"Damn, that stuff was cold, I can't feel my finger. Hmm, I've got strawberry sauce all over my hand."

Well, to be fair they were fully aware that he'd lost his finger to the mixer- but as said, who the hell continues serving food out of a machine that's turned to eating parts of people's hands?

Are you guys forgetting that if the dumbass hadn't cut his finger off in the first place, then none of this would be happening? He deserves to be sued for being a reckless monkey.

He should be fired, but I don't see why the person who is sueing is hurt in any way, or needs money out of this in any way, they are just greedy.

That's pretty sad. Reminds me why I kinda hate people.

But Andrews said his client is concerned about possible disease in the fingertip and kept it because he wanted someone to test it for "all the diseases that are out here now."

He is a dick splash

Poor man without his finger. I try not to be a violent person, but if someone wouldn't give me my finger back, I'd rip his ****ing eyeball out and make him trade

To me, its reminds me of why i hate how American's think.

America, land of the lawsuit

Oh shut up. I'm American and I don't think like that. And I know very little to no people that do. There's people in pretty much every other country in the world, including yours, that would take advantage of a situation like that too. The only thing that's different is the way our legal system is set up to allow for shit like this. So hate on our legal system and government all you want, for all I care, but to say you hate how all American's think, and lump us all into your prejudiced point of view is really ****ing trite and just plain ignorant.

Have to agree...

There are lots and lots of decent people from America here along with lots of ignorant and stupid people from the rest of the world.

Don't people get it yet....

There are idiots everywhere in the world. And good people too.

Neway, on topic... What a feckin twat.

I'm sorry marksman that just isn't true.

Doesn't anyone else see the fact that an employee lost part of their finger in an accident with a mixer full of custard and kept on mixing, before packing the custard and selling it to a customer, instead of stopping the mixer, retrieving the severed finger, throwing away the contaminated custard and calling an ambulance?

I think the blame lies more with the person who lost the finger not following health and safety and hygiene laws then a customer finding it in his custard and not giving it back. What if the guy has Hepititus, Hiv, Aids?
