Does anyone have any information about what is going to happen TeamFortress 2?

Like publishing date or something?

I have already read those homepages and there are no updates.

Will TF2 be part of Half-Life2 in same cd:s ?
like TFC is in game of the year edition of half-life was.

They have said that its a stand alone product but we dont know much else to be honest. Apparently code from it was leaked with the rest of the source and there is info on the game there. But no release dates or anything else I'm affraid.

I too would love to know when this games coming out.

TF2 will not be released before HL2, therefore he shouldn't worry about TF2 because it won't be here any time soon.

They stopped updating us to keep quiet the fact that they were developing their own in-house engine (source) and that they were also developing HL2 on that engine. Gabe has made references to it in recent months, but has given us no further information from what we already know apart from the fact that it's still in development.

Yea it's definately not abandoned, too much money in it for Valve to want to abandon it.
Not saying Valve is only interested in money, but they are a company that does have to pay its employees.

I been crying for TF2 since the first ever whisper of it.. many years.
I can tell you with trust that its being play tested everyday (or so it was) and its running aone fine.

Its hl2 engine and its a total diffrent game from hl2.. no mod.

And Actually I will bought both, but because HL2 is delayed to 2004+ it will mean that TF2 will come out somepoint at 2005 or 2006.

Ps. I will buy DooM IiI, at least I will get good action game, if id fails that scary felling.
And then, the first thing I will do is that if DooM IiI dosen't include E1M1 map's music(songs name is "At the Doom's gate") I will convert it to DooM IiI by myself.

Half-Life 2 is brobably good game, but I will buy it just that It will brobably be the next mod community game what do they use. But I don't think so, because I am those who like more Id software's games, like DooM IiI

Actually both games are in same point now. both have been leaked...
