i want to see raging battles between several inter-demensional species in a war torn city 17. That would be cool. Also want to get in that giant skyscraper I have a feeling thats going to be really interesting.

I'm excited about playing the game at .5 fps all the way through! WOO!

Exactly. The multiplayer should be *unbelievable*. I only hope they've found a way to prevent cheating.

Well I'm looking forward to:
1. Vehicles. Judging from the E3 demo the vehicles look like they rock! And they seem just as fun to drive, if not more fun to drive, than the vehicles in BF1942. And I love BF1942!
2. physics. Message to all Combine soldiers:"beware of flying radiators"
3. Storyline. Although I haven't finished HL1 yet.(although I'm rapidly trying to complete it nowadays) I really want some answers to some of the Q's presented in that game. Who's the adminstrator? WHo's the G-man? Are these two linked? Do headcrabs make good pie? Yummmm Pieeee
4. Basically everything else the game has to offer
I'm no graphics freak. I personally think that graphics can make a good game look much more polished(as is the case in HL2) but they can NEVER EVER EVER make a bad game good or good game bad. I still enjoy playing HL1 even though the graphics are not up to today's standards.

Experiencing the story like in HL1.
Looking forward to the AI too, and the skirmishes between Xen and Combine too, those rocked in HL1 (with the marines instead of combine ofcoz)
Don't really care about the mods right now, don't expect the first good one until Q1 2004. A year after the release of bf1942, we finally get the first REAL total conversions.

Im excited about absolutely EVERYTHING in the game, but if i had to pick , i'd choose the Source engine and the AI.
Is the manipulator going to be in the game? I am talking about the one from the tech demo. The tractor-beam one. I really hope that is in the game. The grabber weapon is cool, but it looks like it only grabs-then-shoots. I want to pick something up, hold it there then drop it. Or, pick something up and swing it around wildly, using it as a melee weapon. Oh the possibilities.
