It was amazing. So good infact that I had to throw another one of those steakburgers on. I just finished now. Too bad that was my last beer though :(

I just made this amazingly delicious healthy meal.

I just discovered the wonders of olive oil and grapeseed oil. :)

I took a wok, put some olive oil and grapeseed oil in. Not too much of either. I then took some already cooked medium sized frozen shrimp, added it to it.

Then I also added some frozen broccoli, carrots, cauliflower. I let it cook for a while stirring occasionally until the water evaporated, the vegetables were cooked and all the oil absorbed into the vegetables. Added a little bit of this vidalia onion seasoning powder(not too much).

And ****, best damn vegetables I ever had. It was really the olive and grapeseed oil that did it.

Best of all... its healthy with the olive and grapeseed oil... plus the vegetables. Very little sodium too, since I don't use too much of the seasoning.

Lamb chops, lettuce ,tomatoes and cheese:)

A mini-thanksgiving dinner.

Turkey gravy (with huge chunks of turkey) over mashed potatoes ... and cranberry sauce. :D
