I've already got an idea in my head almost all worked out, at the end of the game the Gman would appear again congratulating you, boring speech, blah blah blah, as usual... and then he starts talking about how you'll be 'needed at another time' or something like that, however instead of forcing you the player gets free choice of going with Alyx, or Gman. Going with Alyx would result in the Gman becoming enraged that you'd still pick someone over him after all thats happened, and big boss battle, blah blah blah, and picking Gman would result i boss battle wih Alyx...

For no reason...

- finding out what happened to barney,
- to see the combine overworld,
- new weapons,
- an oppourtunity to avenge the death of eli,
- finaly learning the truth about the G-man.

it would also be pretti good if it ended on a cliffhanger (eg, learning the truth about the G-man but then
the game ends)

oh and fishy crackers person, great idea but there probably wont be a boss battle against Alyx after all Wev'e done together,

i would like to see this scene in EP3, or something like it..:

*^^*Gordon - all alone in the snow, because he and Alyx got separated in some kind of epic battle with either combine or aliens. As he walks alongside a mountain.. he hears a strange whining sound. He walks a few steps and suddenly a pack of snow houndeye suddenly attack him. He is knocked to the ground and watches as all of the houndeyes charge up and make a huge shockwave. The soundwave triggers a avalanche, but Gordon is too weak to stand up and run away.. As the avalanche get closer, he hears a snowmobile coming has way. A teenage girl gets off and helps Gordon onto the snowmobile. They nearly escape the avalanche and Gordon goes unconcious. *G-Man scene* Gordon wakes up in a room with the teenage girl next to him. She is relieved to see Gordon awake, and introduces herself. *New Character* She tells him that she saw him and another woman (Alyx) was attacked and she saw Gordon escape. She also saw he was going into a S-houndeye infested area and went after him....*^^*

Combine assassins, gmans "employers", the giant portal gun thing that YOU KNOW will be there that makes a portal to the combine overworld so gordon finally kills all the combine leaders, alyx finally kissing gordon...* then usual stuff, but i really want to fly a hunter chopper, that would own, dropping bomb, firing missiles, shooting stuff, etc.

I realy want to see some more synths in action like the crab or motor or something new, like a synthed human or something.

More immersive fps gameplay & story ftw. I hope it will have another good ending & by that I suppose I mean the current story arc gets wrapped up well. HL is the only Fps that I've really enjoyed the story too, & so impressed was I since it's first release its made me a huge fan/follower. I really hope some questions get answered as I've been plagued by some since Nov 98. I hope it's going to have a good length too

I got it, at the end gordon will will be teleported back to the train likeat the end of hailf life 1, and then gman would say "Excellent job mister freeman, i new we...i mean i could trust you, unfortunately me and my.....benefactors need to discus what we should do next as the situation is not entirely....stable, so if you would please step into the cryo-porter then we could smoothly...continue this operation?" gordon begins to step in and says for the first time "Wake me, when you need me"...........wow i cant believe i jest wrote that :x. This thread could use some humor anyway with all the heated gender calling going about
