yes, cheese is the spice of life.

cheese is milk left to mould, renit (enzyme found in cows stomachs) is then added till the milk geos gooey. It's then left to dry and it is salted. packaged and ready to be shipped. sometimes bacteria or acid is used instead of renit.

:cheese:

Lamb!!!¨AHhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh...

Then it's bread with honey, and lots of fruit (yeah, i really like to eat fruit), yoghurt, and best of all:

Corn Flakes or cerials with milk!!!!!!!!!!!

cheese has so many different flavours, its like saying your favorite thing is meat, i should refine my niceitys, ok here they are:

1. coming in at no.1 is the almighty Edam!!! (usally comes in vegetarian varietys, no renit, it has a high melting temperature but it is also gooey, light flavour and a bit tangy)
2.Jarlsberg!!! (a norwegian creamy cheese that apparantly, it says on the wrapper, "A sweet cheese, perfect on toast or as part of a gratin. has a medium melting point and is very gooey and strechty)
3.light cheedar(strenght 2-3, a low melthing point with a not very gooey complection, the good thing is it geos with all kinds of foods, so you can use it for mashed potateo, macaroni and other stuff.)

there are more but i cant be botherd.
coming soon..... Ham!!! what would your cheese do without it?

cheese has a large amount of protien and calcium but a large amount of fat too, but it contains vitimin A, Yay!!! (so do carrots)

ohh yeah

i love scrambled eggs and bacon, and some black pudding makes for a good breakfast

You guys must be kidding, right?
Have you ever tryed food that requires some work to prepare?
I highly recommend it.

I personally like boar with a heavy sauce, with some croquettes.
Also "cocque au vin", wich means hane in wine, is really exquisit.

Here's a quick howto for coque au vin(4 persons):
Ingredients:1ognion,1 can of marrons, 1 big hane(or chicken is ok I guess), toads, patatoes, a little garlic(1 toe), a bottle of red wine, flower, oil&butter, salt&pepper, water.
1 pot for patatoes
1 bigger pot for the rest

1)cut the chicken in pieces(2 legs,2wings,2white meats, 1back). It's better to leave the skin on, so be gentle.(you could also buy your chicken pre-cut)
2)but 25cl of the wine in a bowl, add the chickenparts and leave it like that for at least 2 hours, in the fridge.
2)after 2 hours, take out the chicken and dip it in the flower, so that it's completely covered with it.
3)cut ognion in slices, cut toads in slices, cut garlictoe in very small slices
4)bigger pot: put a little butter and oil together (oil and butter together is the best)and start heating. add the flowered chicken, medium heat until you see the chicken has a nice golden tan.(eventually, you can heat up each part one after the other if your pot isn't big enough)
5)once chicken looks good, add 30cl of red wine and 30cl of water, add the toads and the ognions, as well as the marrons and the garlic.
6)leave it on a small heat for approximately 1 hour. Be sure to stirr every 10 minutes at least, and add water if you see the sauce gets too thick.
7)don't forget to boil the patatoes for 20 minutes(in the smaller pot).
8)add salt and pepper right before you serve to both pots(not too much)
9)open up a bottle of merlot or some other good wine to go with it, and prepare to be delighted.
10)Enjoy!
