Because you have no idea what you are talking about. Also you should not even be counted by my statistic anymore. You have botched the results. My previous statement still stands.

I mean holy god, you tilt the stick...and he walks. My hand automatically reached up just now to grasp my head trying to contemplate it.
Nope I just seriously don't get it. Although most people here now by now that I loathe nintendo :p

If it wasn't for Nintendo you wouldn't be playing any games, son. ANY games.

Nintendo invented fun and will lead the old folks and womens to the promised land.

But seriously, I can see what Mario 64 was doing, even through the jerky controls of the DS, but I put it down as soon as the Christmas break was over. It's a combination of unbridled imagination and dull as dishwater 'play this area again and again until you've got all its secrets and move on' mediocrity (must. resist. urge. to. mention. warbie. and. hal-), not sex-machine awesome.

64 proved that every one else was wrong and 3D platforming could be good, but it certainly didn't prove that it was the way it should be done (2D has a place!). Mario Bros 3, World, Yoshi's Island and New Super Mario Bros are games I would gladly take above 64. The last in particular is just putty in the hands brilliant in terms of control.

Favorites?

Nintendo
Super Mario 64
Super Mario Sunshine (I'm serious.)
Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time & Majora's Mask
Legend of Zelda: A Link To The Past
Super Metroid
Metroid Fusion
Chrono Trigger
Castlevania: Circle of the Moon
Ace Attorney Series
And many more whose names I can't recall at this time.
But Nintendo is the largest group as you'll see, because I grew up with Nintendo consoles and shared many precious memories with them.

Microsoft
Halo series
Bioshock
Fallout 3
Mass Effect

And I have Playstation favorites, but the only ones I can clearly recall are Kingdom Hearts and the Jak series. Also, Psychonauts.

Am I seriously the only person who has ever played Mischief Makers? Game was amazing.

Shake Shake.

Hmm.....Probably STALKER
Why?
Well it's a good game to start with, Vanilla being about beating the game nothing else
But then you add Oblivon Lost, and the games turns to Survival
The main mission can **** itself 'cause the survival aspect rules all
Vanilla you find stuff out the ass and EVERYTHING healers you
OL? You find NOTHING and only things that heal you are medkits and sleep
And then the Xray engine makes the enviorments AMAZING
The Storms seem almost real
All in all i love the game

Yes, I've played Mischief Makers countless times, and I hold it in high regards as one of the best 2D platformers I've played, alongside the other Treasure classic Gunstar Heroes. Darkside has also played it, and I believe he shares my sentiments.

Help me, Marinaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa

Jagged Alliance 2.

Likeable characters with excellent voice acting and well written lines, fun, balanced turnbased combat system.

And the fact its just fun to go into a poorer country with a bunch of western mercs, blow the heads clean off a few conscripts and have a jolly good laugh about it!

Oh come on, this is like asking a man what his favorite way to stomp babies is, it's so hard, it's just not fair.

Half-Life 2/HL2: EP1/2
Portal
FC2
Halo 2/3
CoD: WaW
CoD 4 MW
CoD 3
CoD 2
CoD 1
Mercenaries 2

Got too many favorites :)

Ristar
Gunstar Heroes
Sonic 3 and Knuckles
Super Mario World
Super Paper Mario
everything made by Valve
Halo (multiplayer is all that there is)
Super Mario 64 (and DS)
Elite Beat Agents (went through a fad in elementary school)
Skate 2 (ftb- for the bails)
Every physics simulator known to man (and some known to chimpanzees)
the list goes on and on.

Far Cry 2 -- I had a lot of fun with this game. Some people bitch about the repetitiveness and it does get repetitive. In my opinion, this game had the best animations I have ever seen. The graphics were also the most appealing to me. Now having found a trainer for the game, nothing is more fun than having unlimited ammo and no reloading.

Call of Duty 4 -- Fast paced. Not to mention it is fairly easy to become good at it.

others that i don't feel like saying why:

Battlefield 2
Red Orchestra
Bioshock
Medal of Honor Allied Assault
Left 4 Dead

legend-of-zelda-ocarina-of-time-link-opening-sequence.jpg

Nothing will ever replicate the magic of this opening title to me. Nor will anything ever replicate the magic this game instills in me. If I had to pick a book or movie or any form of entertainment that I treasure from my childhood, let it be this.

Not so hard for me. If I had a time machine that could only be used to play video games when they were at their peak:

BF1942 and mods.

But standing alone no mods or community etc, probably Rainbow Six: Rogue Spear.
