You need to eat.
I eat like a pig. My metabolism is just off the scale.
... which is awesome, I'll be honest.

5'10", so I'm gonna pretend I'm "tall". I'm also about 145lbs, and skinnier than most people. I have very little body fat too, something like 13%.
5'10", 115lbs, so I'm probably the skinniest of all you. My BMI is extremely low.
The American Council of Exercise would agree with you.
However here in the UK the acceptable range is termed overweight. High standards and all that don't yer know.
Being the manic depressive I am my weight and therefore body shape has been all over the place. I'm currently 172cm, about 5' 8" tall, and on the fat side with 24% body fat (but that's been falling since before Christmas). :bounce: I'm trying to get back to the slim and sexy 8% I was at before my head went wonky.
BMI is sort of a worthless value, because it doesn't take bodyfat /lean muscle ratios into account. Arnold Schwarzenegger is considered extremely obese according to BMI.5'10", 115lbs, so I'm probably the skinniest of all you. My BMI is extremely low.
I'm 6'1 and 165 lbs, so I guess I'm decently skinny.
I'm short and pretty average. Woe.
I'm pretty strong for my size and I've got a nice right hander!
Bench 145lbs
Curl 45lbs
12 pullups
50 pushups

Reminds me of our tin roofing project on my dad's house we completed back in 2001. Ever tried roofing during the Floridian July summer heat of around 105 degrees with a humidity of about 95 percent? That sucked too. You could hear the sweat sizzling as it poured off of us and hit the tin as we climbed at very steep and awkward angles. :x I felt much more physically capable after the four weeks it took to finish the project though, and his 3 story house ain't exactly what I'd call a shanty either. Yeah, that's how I spent my after-school summer vaction that year. Some vacation huh? Let's just say it's not something I'd want to do for a living. BTW: why hasn't anyone voted obese yet? Which one of you fatties aren't telling the truth? :dozey: Don't be shy. Who's gonna know besides us? :naughty:I used to be able to bench press 200 pounds, back when I did massive amounts of work building the huge retaining wall on the side of my Uncles Alaska house. Thousands of railroad ties... and thick rebar holding it all together.
I actually miss those days to be honest. I hated it at the time, because I was basically being forced to do the labor, but now that I look back on it, it's a great accomplishment and something I can be proud of. Not to mention the fact it made me pretty damn strong lifting and positioning railroad ties(underhand as well as overhead) and pounding in rebar for such a great length of time.
Oh how I've deteriorated since then.
But your so damn lite. 125lbs? There's hardly any muscular resistance whatsoever. :dozey: While the fatties aren't fessing up to their weight, you really need to go eat several platefuls of spagetti on the other hand. I'm 5'7 at 200lbs with a body fat percentile of 16 btw just in case anyone wants to know. Clinically obese is considered 20%.I'm pretty strong for my size and I've got a nice right hander!

Eat lots of protein and carbs. You should gain in no time unless you have some sort of underlying health issue. Try protein shakes too.I've tried pretty hard to gain weight. I know I could do it, I'm just not really disciplined enough. I'm pretty content with my peak, which I'll reach again this spring.
I weigh about 130lbs then, and feel spectacular.
BTW, Google sucks. I use Ask.com. Yeah, you have that type of frame that's very difficult to gain. It's either a blessing or a curse depending on how you look at it. I for one, have a stocky build that's best for body building and strength, and if not used in this manner, my physique will go down the drain with everything that's potato I swallow. Funnily enough, I'm not into either, so unless I have a busy week of physical labor, it's hard for me to keep my desired physique, as I never really cared for the monotony of going to the gym, benching and curling for hours. That reminds me, you wanna have a skeleton transplant with me? :EDo you think I don't ****ing google these things?
Gaining weight, especially for my body type, requires a LOT of eating and a lot of time of doing it. I just can't handle it with my work/school schedule.
I don't really want to gain weight, anyway; I love my body insomuch I have a lot of muscle showing and I can handle my own weight very well.
I can bend over with my legs locked and pick up 200 lbs. And I have an extremely high tolerance for pain.
That sounds extremely stupid- you're putting huge stresses on your lower back.
Try deadlifts.

Yeah, sounds like a good way to make your spine explode. D:
