What can I do?

Well 2 days ago some major geeks hacked into my computer just to take my steam account from me, well they managed to do that, they've changed my pass and email adress so that I can't get it back. I have 2 cd keys registered on that account, CS:CZ and half-life 2. I have contacted valve......no answer yet from them but if I don't get an reply from them can I do something about that my account has been stolen? If I can't do anything and Valve won't reply to my message, I will never buy another valve game again.

Yes, I've mailed them photos of my CD keys that I used on the account. And I'm 100% sure that they took my account.

Well....2 days has passed now and no answer from valve :/

I don't live in U.S so its hard for me. I used a spyware program and removed all crap from the computer and I found out that the hackers had acess to my cookies(computer cookies) so thats the way they took the account. And still no answer from Valve.....
