I tried Coolbits, but for some reason the clock frequencies dont want to stick. (i thought 11000 was a bit low in 3dmark03 for a 6800gt oc, and figured it wasn't keeping the freq. cranked up)
Powerstrip works (i think) but how do you get it so that it's allways on (so that the overclock is always applied)?
Any help in finding a good, free, and always on overclocker for my 6800gt would be great, preferably in time for the bf2 demo! :)

Any software program used for OCing will only work while within windows so when you restart your clock settings get reset. But most of that type of OCing software lets you save profiles and also has checkboxes to auto load your OCed settings when windows starts back up. That's what you need to look for.

I've used Coolbits and Powerstrip, both work great. I liked coolbits since it was in the display properties within the Nvidia driver section and not another icon by the clock. Just my preference I guess.
Riva tuner is also very nice.
