I know people who are from France. I watched Amelie D). It's very clearly a French accent, and unfortunately enough his call for a doctor is one of his most obvious signs of French-ness

The Queen of England is the offical head of state of Austrailia (but perhaps not for much longer. There is talk of replacing her with an Austrailian president).
