What do I need to play at high texture and model

Model and texture are set at meduim, which is what my system can handle at the most. I finished the game at this setting and I would like to play it at high texture and model setting.
Here are my specs:
2+ year old system
O.S.: Win 2000
CPU: Athlon XP 2800
512 DDR 2700 ram
Video Card: NVIDIA 4200 w/64 megs DDR, 4X
Shuttle AK35GT2 Mobo
Latest directX and video drivers.

Just get the most expensive kit you can afford.

A new Video Card and some more RAM would help a lot.

If I add a new video card, it can only operate at 4X AGP due to the mobo.
Will this be ok?

None of the Video Cards available today can saturate the 4X AGP Bus in other words you'll be fine for awhile. :E

I'd say pick up a x800pro and a stick of ram. Or a Geforce 6600.
