whatever the case is, i stopped playing 3-4 months ago.
one needs a monster machine to run the game half decently and well maybe EA doesn't know this but not every gamer has a monster rig. :|

and about EA releasing new games while not even addressing the bugs and lag issues on the current titles just makes my purchases easier.
i will not be wasting my money on a game EA will just toss aside and only release half-assed patches.

sure, its my loss but its also my gain...i refuse to put up with developers who toss aside their current titles and go off to make new games. :angry:

Agreed... I've gotten bored after 42 hours of play... :/

I got tired of it around 30 hours, and a portion of that was spent idling

Gotta mix it up a bit.

I've got WAY too many hours compared to the ammount of time i've had the game, and when I start to get bored, I just do something else.

Was getting bored with sidequests so I did the main one for a while. Got tired of that and went on to dungeon plundering. Got tired of that and i'm back at sidequests

Yeah you just have to go do whatever you like to really enjoy this game. Tired of quests? Go on a tour, tired of that? Go harass some people. Etc etc.

BF2 is horrifically "predictable".

Here's how most matches go.

*spawn infront of a tank*

*get shot by said tank*

*enemy medic runs up to your body*

Enemy Medic: CLEAR! CLEAR! CLEAR!

*enemy medic slaps himself and runs off*

*spawn either A) ontop of a nade B) in some snipers sights C) infront of a speeding jeep*

By now you realize how flawed the spawn system is, and figure you may as well spawn away from the battle and walk.

*spawn*

You start running towards the battle, when...

PACK!!!

*shot by an enemy sniper*

*spawn*

*get run over by a friendly jeep as you try to get in*

Jeep Driver: WTF, YOU FAGGET, WHY U RUN INFRNT OF MY JJEEP???!?!?

You: What in gods name are you talking about? I didn't even punish you!

*spawn at the airfield*

You take off in a two seater jet while you see some dude chase after, desperate for the bomber seat. Oops, that was your mistake, you decide you'll let him in next time.

Guy Chasing Jet: Hey asswipe, why noT geta BONBER before tking off??

You: Maybe I didn't want one

*get shot down*

*spawn at the airfield*

You run into a jet, when suddenly...

KABOOM!

You look at the bottom of your screen...

SOEMBODY [eryx/sraw] you

Guy that WAS chasing jet: HAHAHAHAHAA! DICKFAACE!

*alternate situation*

*spawn*

*get into jet*

Guy that WAS chasing jet drives an APC onto the runway

You: Move little man

Guy that WAS chasing jet: HAAHAHA!! DICKFACEE!

You shrug it off and start to take off, and smash into that asshats APC, obviously

Look at the bottom of the screen, and see....

YOU WERE PUNISHED FOR A TEAMKILL

Ok, that was expected...

You: Dude, you were idling in the runway

Guy that WAS chasing jet: SO? MAN ****FACE!!!!!

Hmm, I find it rather UNpredictable.

I mean, sure, allot of the quests are undenieably stupid.

It's horrifically comical how allot of the quests go like this:

Quest Dude: I need you to recover an item for me. It'll be very dangerous, lots of pay, etc etc.

You: Where can I find it.

Quest Dude: I HAVE NO CLUE! I haven't seen it in DECADES. Hmm. Herrm. Hmm. Hmm. Erhrrm. Yeah. Hmm. Hmm.

You: DOT DOT FRICKING DOT

Quest Dude: Hmm. Xenmaltorboner might know where it is. You can find him in the deepest darkest most ****ing dankest cave in Cryodiil.

You: Where is this cave?

Quest Dude: The exact location is not known to me. Why not ask Zimelsuckadick about it, she should know!

Oblivion could use some better quests. Sometimes it feels too shoddy. The AI also doesn't work very realistically in some quests, and to add they do things they wouldn't normally do, which takes away even more.
