He checks in on each separate office continually to ensure that the employee's bonds are properly secure and no one has managed to pick the locks on their handcuffs.

With a gestapo-like flair he slave drives the employees into a state of depravity, removing all sense of individuality from them.

With this tactic being implemented in full force at the Bellevue offices---Gabe is content when he bellows out in a maniacal scream "WE WILL MAKE HOLIDAYS 2003!!!" all the while running through the halls naked like the mad man he is.
