What happens during a second U.S. civil war?

How do you imagine things would play out if the United States of America was thrown into another civil war? I'm talking about a civil war sparked by the type of rebellion that is popularly discussed these days... where conservatives are completely fed up with the Obama administration and liberals and general... and think their disagreements with policy is a right to overthrow the government.

Here's an example... this is in response to a thread about the EPA's carbon dioxide ruling... ****ING ENVIRONMENTAL SHIT and he's talking about overthrowing the government.

the people are well within their 2nd amendment rights if they want to end this tyranny.

it is DISGUSTING that these liberal scumbags ever got into power.
the American people as a whole are extremely STUPID to have allowed this travesty to rule.

Anyway. What do you think will happen? How do you think the world would react? How would you want your own country(if you're not a US citizen) to react?

Could the world just stand idly by as Americans kill other Americans with some absolutely baseless reasons in a bloody civil war?

The terms Left and Right have been used to refer to political affiliation since the early part of the French Revolutionary era.

Militarily? Unless the rebels have the support of at least a portion of the US military it'll last about as long as a chocolate teapot in a furnace. The US civilian isn't cut out for long term guerilla warfare (lets see how long those enthusiatic people keep going with no power, no running water, no internet, etc). Theres a reason sucessful guerilla campagins are fought by peasants in third world countries with nothing to loose.

I hope in the case of a civil war, China sends 'peace keeping' troops to the U.S.A. Ruthlessly enforced curfews ftw. Even if rest of the world wanted the civil war to stop (and many countries will be loving the fact that Americans are killing each other.) I don't know how they would. It would certainly be interesting seeing them beg to join the Union again, after the massive failure of whatever Reagan-esque President they elect completely destroys their fragile economy before it could even start.

Honestly, I think the global warming issue reveals A LOT about people's retarded attitudes towards their governments. There are so many people saying "please save the world dear leader" it makes me sick. It's as if they don't realize that the people we call our leaders are NOT our ****ing controllers and NOTHING should be left up to them alone. We are supposed to be the leaders of the nations, and our appointed representatives are merely that. We are supposed to tell them what to do.

A U.S civil war would trash the worlds economy. Just like the last "civil war", which wasn't a civil war at all, a new one would be over States rights and economics.

Though I REALLY doubt one is even possible... both the liberals and Conservatives are too complacent to do anything but complain.
