I say it cuz since people say that the 7th weapon is probably the same and valve didnt knew who to palce them maybe it will be something more diferent

No, because the Guard Dog is a fake class, not a weapon. They didn't mention anything about a tenth class, so I believe it will not be included.

It was a fake class, but Valve can do whatever the hell they want with it--so it could potentially be a weapon.

I think the concept of the dog if added will be added as mobile sentry more vulnerable or whit worse aiming that the normal sentry,but it can move around controlled by the engi on a distance or something like that
also functioning as dispenser and dispenser get replaced too

I think Darkside was right: It's some sort of explosive equally suited to either of them and this is Valve's way of deciding who to give it to.
