It's really pointless thread but I just felt like posting something.
What if valve is ready to release HL3 or EP3 this year and gets another hacker attack making him releasing HL3 or EP3 content all over the internet ? Making valve redo everything and pushing EP3 release to next few years.
What would be your reaction ?

would not plan on it. even if they did, i doubt the response from the player community would be anything negative, hell the HL2 beta was VERY promising with the added darkness of the storyline and general feel of the game, and then when we compare the beta to the outcome, it seems as if valve just took most of that away, as some things from the beta are/aren't in the actual HL2.
