According to Christian lore Jesus ascended into heaven. So you would think that there is no DNA around. Wrong. Jesus was a Jew and as such he was circumcised. Multiple foreskins were revered as relics during the Middle Ages. They were prolly all false, since in Jewish tradition the foreskin isn't preserved. Read more about this subject on <Wikipedia>.

Anyway if the way religions have worked in the past ends up applying then we will have another great schism in the church with those believing that we must worship this new Jesus and those who will want him killed for being an affront to gods creation.

Either way it would be an interesting and tumultuous time period to live in.
