What is the best time and place to play Ep2?

Well I was wondering what setting would be best to play the OB in. Discuss.

That's what I did with Ep1 and it kicked ass

I don't see any difference it's not like Ep2 Is like Fear where playing in the dark makes it more scary. I will play it during the day as soon as i can don't think i could wait till night.

I played Half-Life 2 in daylight. I found that looking at City 17 from the wide, sunny, silent and motionless spaces was as creepy as crawling in zombie-infested corridors. What a wonderful game.

I like to play it when it's day, with my window open. Because through my window I can see various of Eastern/Central Europe architecture buildings (similar to those in HL2) It really helps me "get into the game".

Most shops don't open till like 10 though...
Nevertheless, one can know that I will be outside GAME the moment the shop opens on the 12th.

I voted "daylight", because a half-dozen hours of gaming - which is the bare minimum I'm willing to do when I first get it - would be utterly murderous to the eyes without at least some natural lighting.

But since 12:01am PST = 3:01am EST, I'm gonna be playing it in the dark.

I can't play new games during the day - I'm not quite sure why. I couldn't bring myself around to playing Bioshock during the afternoon. I'll buy it around 1/2 ish in the 'noon, and I'll probably end up playing it around 6/7 ish.

Saying that, though, theres no harm in playing a game I've already played at any time, so maybe I can use the day to plough through HL2 for the billionth time...

Unless you're a High settings whore, you can play OBox games fine.
