What is the next mod game to be licence?

Like what it says above, I would not be surprised if Valve decided to licence a few over mod developed games, most likely Sven Coop2. What other games mods do you think will be licence? At time of writing I forgot what the name of the Action/RTS is called (The one with aliens and marines, and the commander can build from a top down view).

Anyone think Valve will do their own "Making Something Unreal" contest? Where the winner would win an engine license. I hope they do. They've already done a mapping one.
