What kind of guitar/bass do you guys have? I have a Danelectro Convertible. Turns me on. Discuss! :D :D :D :D

Eh, I just have a Yamaha Pacifica. I'm not a great guitar player, nor do I play it often, so I dont need anything fancy :)

Air Guitar! :farmer:
Nah, a Cort electric I used to learn and a cheap-ish Yamaha acoustic.

Telecaster, Strat and a Yamaha F310 acoustic guitar, which is the one that ususally recieves all the beatings. Getting a Les Paul in a month.

Peavey Raptor Plus \o/

/me cheers

I want a guitar really freaking badly, but I'm left-handed and don't know the first thing about guitars. Plus, none of my friends play, so they can't help me out. I'm lost.

I have an old fender something or other, i dont play it much anymore and its pretty old, i play my acoustic indian cutaway peavy most of the time now. And nice Ray Man.

all you need to do is buy a left handed guitar then (some guitars such as the majority of acoustics can even be used both ways) and reverse all the fingerings for tutorials and stuff the other way round.

if you wanted do it badly enough I reckon you'd be doing it already tho... so meh! :)

Edit: on the subject of guitars anyone know any software available so you can plug a leccy guitar into a PC and have your sound card do the job of effect pedals like wah and overdrive in realtime?

Maybe I don't want one that badly, but I need a hobby.

Fender Jazz 5-string, and technically a fender telecaster.

i have a Formosa Accoutic/Electric Guitar! the best peice of crap ever /end sarcasm and cries

I think this is about as close as it gets, though you might want to look around for yourself.

Back on topic, I have a sub-par made in Mexico Fender Stratocaster... the older, crappier kind with a poplar body.

I have an ibanez tr expressionist 5 string bass, and an ibanez rgx 7 6 string electric, sunburst and cherry red baby :) no amp though :( it busted

I play my dad's sometimes, it's a cheap Squier Strat, but it's pretty sweet. Still in good nick, red with random stickers all over it :D

A mate of mine's dad is a 'washed-up' rocker, played bass for this band Vardis, but he plays guitar more now. Has a genuine Telecaster and a sweet Gibson, and an electric/acoustic Ibanez. Have fun just looking at them ~drool~

I play drums, am looking to get a new kit as this one is falling to pieces, but I'm interested in learning bass too so I'm thinking of getting a cheap 4-string Fender Precision (I think this is the one I like... Flea out of Chilis uses it alot).

Edit - Also I like to grab alot XD

Edit2 - Brag too -.-

hmm.. saw guitars, so I figured I'd stop lurking. Got me a PRS(pride and joy, I love that thing), a strat, a parker, washburn acoustic, and a 1947 gibson archtop acoustic(another pride and joy). I'm with guitars the way Mel Gibson in Conspiracy Theory is with Catcher in the Rye. If I see one, I can't stop myself, I have to get it. Did I mention that I'm broke?

2002 Fender USA Strat (in my avatar) with a Seymour Duncan Pearly Gates in the bridge :D
1999 Epiphone G400
Tanglewood Baretta (my first guitar, its crap but I'm gonna keep it because its what I learnt on)
Acoustic - Peavey (not sure of the model, had it a few years)

For my next guitar I'm looking at an Epiphone Les Paul (standard or classic). I'd like a Gibson, but I cant really afford a Standard and I'm not keen on Studio's

i used to own a Fender Squier Strat but i'm a lazy bastard so i never played it....

I'm left handed but play guitar right handed anyway.

I own a Squier Strat which has very recently broken and is pretty screwed, when I plug it into the amp all I get is fuzz and nothing else at all. Also I have a Yamaha ERG 121, because it was cheap.

I'm left handed and have some yamaha guitar, nothing professional or anything, just one to have fun with when I'm bored.

Oh yeah and the acoustic guitar mum brought home from the school she teaches at :)
