Being knowledgable doesn't make you a geek. This test isn't very accurate in its' objective.

Jk, actually expected my rating to be higher but seems like the ways of God still are mysterious.
 
Is that even possible? The survey doesn't mention any limits and the highest rating says "110+".

The limit is probably ~200. Think I'll have to test this. :)
 
Seems like the limit is about 230-240. Got 227 but got some mutliple choice questions wrong. Just so you could compare yourself with the max rating. :)
 
some of the questions are lame...and apparently you can't be a nerd without using lots of expensive wireless technology and using it on your PDA and laptop...

and the question about virus software. after asking you if you have any, it asks when the last time you updated your definitions was...but there was no "N/A" just the "what's a virus definition?" which gives you like -10 points...lol

and if you don't use 8-character alphanumeric passwords, apparently that means you don't know what they are.

i scored a 111.

and shame on all of you who didn't know that xerox introduced point and click :D

I got 26...but those questions were retarded...I'm into tons of sports and stuff...but I'm more of a computer junkie than that test shows..
 
It always amuses me that if your prepared to spend your time dicking around doing computer stuff and learning shit, you get labelled as a nerd. Personally I can't see what's wrong with having an active mind, it beats sitting around watching the crap that passes for entertainment on TV.

I compleatly agree with you, you get labled as a nerd the moment you know anything more about computers then the person next to you... I don't really understand why people do that...
 
I take the term nerd in a positive way, since it basically means I don't waste every waking moment staring at the television, or "hanging out" at the mall, or going to all the popular kids drug infested parties. I use every waking moment to expand my mind, and my knowledge of computers. I don’t like wasting my time which is what I believe most typical teenagers do.
