I'm just curious to find out, what other languages do you guys speak other than english?

Ik spreek het Nederlands.
Je parle français.
Sé hablar español.
I can speak English.

Four languages, Dutch, French, Spanish, and English. I think I'm set!

I have to learn French...but next year, I plan to take Japanese in my high school.
I speak English, Mandarin and a bit of French.
Je vraiment n'aime pas le français.
我不能够很好地说汉语。

Hmmm...I am an ignorant American, so I speak English.

Though I can do semi-passable Spanish. CyberSh33p es un vaca.

I can speak English, Spanish, German, a bit of French, a bit of Hungarian, can read a bit of Japanese.

I'm too lazy to type the characters for the languages though.

I know a bit of French, enough to understand and be understood.

I find it odd that most Americans are so patriotic yet they haven't renamed English to American.

Whos ur daddeh... ENGLISH baby, yeah.

Anyway. I speak French and English, bit of Spanish, and just enough German to make people laugh (which isn't a great deal)

American English is different from Canadian/English English.
They could rename it.
Canadians/English say Zed, Americans tend to say Zee.
We spell Colour with o,u,r, and Americans spell it with o,r.

English and a little Spanish.
My name is Lethal8472.
Me llamo Lethal8472

I can also speak a little "ENGLISH":
'ello, chaps! How the bloody hell are ya? We're in a bit of a pickle about HL2!

I will now accept flames from "across the pond". :p

Heh, yet to find a Brit who's ever said "chap" or "pickle" when not taking the piss...

I failed French utterly in secondary school, albeit because I had no natural talent and because the usual teaching method is bloody stupid. I'd love to be multilingual, but I'm going to be stuck with nought but English under my belt; yet when I consider that my dad is emigrating to Spain in four months, it really makes me feel unnecessary...

Look at the young man who only understands one language, everyone.
Let's laugh and him, and feast upon food as he starves becuase he didn't know how to address the Hondurian door man at our lovely multilingual mansion.

Wah wah wah!

JK, Edcrab. :)

Penis in French is considered feminine
and Vagina in French is masculine.

Dutch
English
German

By the way Crave, we just say 'Ik spreek Nederlands' without the 'het' :)
It would be a bit like saying 'I speak the English' the 'the' is obsolete.

There's a wonderful bit in "The Lost Continent" by Bill Bryson where, in America, he's talking to a waitress:
Waitress: "Say, where you from, anyways?"
Bryson: "Great Britain."
Waitress: "Well, I tell you somethin' honey; for a foreigner, you speak English real good."

I used to learn French but my knowledge has seriously seeped away from me which is awful, but I'm too lazy to right this wrong. I also used to learn German but, no offense to any German people here, it's a horrible language. "Ich liebendich" is "I love you" - the words have never sounded so clinical or guttural. I can count up to ten in Korean. GOD, I'm multi-cultural. Someone give me a medal.
I'd like to learn Italian or an Oriental language though. Don't know why.

I speak Thai and English (Obviously). I can also speak some Japanese.

I speak... English!
