What other games to play now?

If any of you had to guess and said the release date is late November or mid-December, then I would agree with you.

So, in the meantime, what games would you all suggest buying between now and then to keep us busy?

For me, BF 1942: Desert Combat will do just fine. A little UT 2003 Instagib here and there too. Halo PC might be alright, along with Max Payne 2.

I'm buying Call of Duty. Also loads of new mods for BF1942(which is my current fav game) are coming out. I'm especially waiting for Forgotten Hope which comes out sept. 26.

I'm going on an Xbox binge. I've never been much of a console fan, but the Xbox has always been attracted to me. I'm nabbing one friday, then grabbing ESPN Football, Soul Calibur II, MVP 2003, Sega Soccer, and NHL 2k3.

That should keep me busy.

By the way, if anyone has any advice for good Xbox games, I'm all ears. I refuse to play any FPS on a console, but if you have flight sim suggestions or good sports games, I'm all ears.

Sounds great if you're into sports games. All three of my consoles are collecting dust. I haven't finished Windwaker yet, but even that got me bored. Last console game I enjoyed was KOTOR which I played to death.

I currently play Enemey Territory, it's the only game I play at the moment. It'll probably be the only game I continue playing until HL2 comes out.

However in coming months I plan to try Call of Duty's multiplayer and Max Payne 2 / DeusEx 2 single player.
