What program does everyone use to animate avatars?

Pendragon, I just DLed that program and I have no idea how to do anything with it. What can I do with it?

i used the trial version of unlead gif animator V. 5. the trial version gives u 15 days trial period, but unlimited uses in that time. enough to make a descent av, and the programs so easy to use. try http://www.ulead.com/ga/runme.htm

I use flash. Flash MX now has snap to pixels, so it is basically the coolest avatar maker....ever. I usually key frame most of my avatars though, and then add in certain animated parts. A hybrid of old school movie making and flash MX's animation abilities if you will.
