What should a mod leader actually do ?

All of those require TONS of money, and most of the team is just supporting the director/actors who do the bulk of what you see on screen. Sports on the other hand are entirely different, they're completely geared from the ground up to teams of people instead of individuals.
However, it is obvious that it can be done with a team, as CS and NS and DOD and firearms etc.. have shown.
