Everyone has some kind of slang they use for certain things, what are some of yours?

When something is cool/awesome I usually say it's sick and sometimes I'll say it's dope, and when something calls for the word 'decent' I usually just say 'dece' (pronounced like the first part of decent).

I probably got lot more but those are the 2 main ones people wtf at me for.

Wow, this is a solid thread.

Wow, those threads you got are solid.

Man, you sure are looking solid.

It's really hard to convey how I say 'solid' with just italics. It's kind of a cross between solid and salad with a wierd emphasis on the end. 'Tis aweome.

Rad.

Dude
Sweet
Let's Roll/Bounce (jokingly)
Pumped
Beast/Beasted/Beast it up/beastly (means it's awesome and manly)
****wit
Manshake
Manfive

Those are the only ones I think of off the top of my head.

dude, kid, sup, word (jokingly of course), yar, my b, you know it, chinese american industrialist, etc...

Gnarly, dope, sweet, dude, kid, tight, beast, off the hook, nuts, for real, etc.

I have the strange urge to combine random words with each other, and use it in any sentence possible.
For some reason im in love with the word "juice", and i combine words with it, such as "Holy god **** damn, thats more awesome than my juiceface" or "No way, thats worse then drinking niggajuice" or even "I once ate popcorn, i came winjuice for hours".

I also use the word "face" a lot.
Friend: "I was late to work today"
Me: "face"
Friend: "So what u up to?
Me: "nothing much, face****"
Friend: "cool"
Me: "i gotta go, need to talk to some bitchface"
Friend "alright, il ttyl"
Me: "k peace, jewface"

Im in particular in love with the following words:

Aids
Nice
Dude
Cool
Awesome
Shiz
for reals
nigga
niggar
******
nigglet
niggaria
nigeria
niggacool
juice
came
lolwat
cake
pro
crazy
face
cancer
On-A-Stick (such as "i sure love me some bacon-on-a-stick"
lawl
raffle
jew
******

Im missing a lot atm, if im not too lazy il fill them in as i remember.

I substitute many words with f*** and use shit as a noun and adjective.

hella is used here so frequently, it doesn't even seem like slang until I say it somewhere out of town.

Besides the standard California fare, I'm trying to bring rad back, but progress has been slow. Also, not technically slang, but also only marginally english is the phrase "yer guyses didn't used to be" when I mean, "your (subject here) wasn't like that before". It makes me laugh every time it comes out.

Baller status and scholarship. For example, " Baller Status!" and " Im tryin to get that muthaf***** scholarship!"

I met some people from California a couple of years ago, and that was definitely the first time I'd heard "hella."

I don't think this counts as slang, but being from Texas, I say "y'all" a lot.

I have a variant of y'all, I jut say all. Makes me sound less southern.

"hey all, what up?"

I think I'd be ok with hearing "all" used verbally, but I really hate when people use it in an email to address multiple people, as in:

All,
We are having a meeting tomorrow.

Maybe it's just because I'm used to writing friendly-sounding informal emails ("Hi everyone") or starting all my formal emails with "Dear so-and-so". I'd rather see "everybody" or even "group"... anything but "all." "All" feels really short and impersonal.

MY ASDF OF SLANG

Vegeta your list reminded me of the 2 guys from 'Dude Where's My Car?'.

Dude you got a tattoo!

Sweet dude, what does it say?

Dude! What does mine say?

SA-WEET-AH. WHAT ABOUT MINE.

DOOD-AH, WHAT ABOUT MINE.

Slang failure! Surely you can do better than Y'ALL!

As for me, I have absolutely nothing to contribute (ahem), but, while I don't really use it myself (maybe -to- myself), I will give my endorsement to "beast" and its variations. I like that one.

Cack! Sons of Dis! Juno's C*nt.

I think I've watched the show Rome too many times. Because im not even joking, I actually say these things when I get frustrated.

OK I also say "Awesome" and "Dude" (usually in the context of, "Dude, what the heck?") but I don't think those are any better than y'all.

I've been saying this shit since I moved here. My brain turns a blank every time I need to add emphasis to something. It's like the second the plane landed here, I had to turn all of my adjectives over to airport security, and they only gave me back the word "hella". Pretty ****ing lame, and it sounds hella lame to hear kids touting it like it's common english.

"FA SHO HOMIE DAT SHIT WAS HELLA TIGHT"

"YO, SHE HAD HELLA BACK BRUV"

"There was HELLA cops up in dat joint"

It's like people think that living in a city is an excuse to talk like a retard.
