he does a column in the Irish Times called an Irishman's Diary. It's a general rant he does blaming Sinn Fein for pretty much every problem in Irish society. He also got in alot of trouble for an article he wrote about unmarried mothers refering to their children as "bastards" and implied that unmarried mothers were leeching benefits off the state. Nice guy...

It was very broad. You couldn't really tell who was getting the piss taken out of him. I mean, sometimes it's was the British, and sometimes it was the Irish. It lacked a decent direction to think "ha, this is funny because they/we can be like that".

If you get me.

hmmm the people i emailed found it quite funny, maybe its an oirish thing since its directed at us i guess, like the jobs 1 is funny yet tragic coz of a recent documentary on tv about the irish who moved to britain and were abondoned by our government :(

My entire family is Irish, they all live in Ireland, and I feel like I should be getting at least some of this because of that. But I don't :(

Did anyone else read their messageboards? Its as if they type their accents.

Some parts are sattirical, like the Northern Ireland bit it was funny but basically true....
