What time does E3 Start?

I always have some problems with timezones... i never learn... so could someone plz tell me when E3 Starts:

GMT - 12
GMT - 11
GMT - 10
GMT - 9
GMT - 8
GMT - 7
GMT - 6
GMT - 5
GMT - 4
GMT - 3
GMT - 2
GMT - 1
GMT 0
GMT + 1 <- most important :cheese:
GMT + 2
etc...

you are in the same timezone as me and the EXPO starts tomorrow morning there is a 9 hour time diffrence so you calculate when its time to browse the forums and website's

They're basing this off the fact that E3 always gets a huge response.
